Malware in URL removal

Recommended Posts

Hello there, I just bought and installed Malwarebytes... so not sure if I can do what I need...!

I have some websites hosted with SiteGround and have lately been receiving Emails from them saying that following the scans they do, they have discovered malware in 3 URL's...
I read in one of their support articles that I needed Malwarebytes to remove the malware...

question 1/ can I remove malware from my URL's with Malwarebytes?

question 2/ If so... how do I go about doing it?

Thanks in advance.

Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

My PC is clear of malware... my problem is that SiteGround, where I host some of my websites, are saying that I have malware in 3 of my URL's... I'm not technically minded but I read that I could use Malwarebytes to remove this malware...!
I would have thought that I somehow need to download files from my website's Cpanel/file manager and then run them through Malwarebytes to check for malware... I was hoping that someone here would be able to walk me through the process.

The reasons that your ISP is flaging the CloudFlare ISP is unknown to me.

It's possible that the Domain is hosting Malware sites.
I suggest you check with your ISP.
