Any ideas?  Why would the Chrome extension prevent this page from loading correctly without putting up any type of blocking notification?

@BillH99999 we recently launched a new version with couple of fixes, can you please clear your cache and reload the browser, try visiting the URL in question again. 

ensure you are on version 1.0.24

I ran the test after clearing the cache and it is loading the page now.

@BillH99999 I see the issue now, the page structure breaks when we start blocking ads on that page (and that's a ad page). Safeway should handle those more gracefully I believe. 

at this stage you will need to allow ads on that page to see it working as expected.

OK, I'll do that.  Why does adding the site to the Allow List not work?  I added the URL and it still won't work.  I then disabled protection for the site for Ads/Clickbait and that worked.

what do you see when you search for "coupons" in allow list?

The site is not working for me Chrome in private mode

Site still will not load for me unless I turn off ads/clickbait for the site.  Having the site in the white list doesn't help.  I am now running version 1.0.26

If you look back at my post of 8/1 you will see that it works for me if I turn off ads/clickbait on the site....  the issue is that it doesn't work if I add the site to the whitelist.

Shouldn't that also allow it to work?

Hi @BillH99999 sorry about the late reply but I am stuck in making other important changes in the product. 

I am able to get past the issue by adding the exception manually or by clicking in the small window, have no idea why it won't work for you. Do you have Browser extension in both firefox and chrome with same behavior ?
