malwarebytes keeps scanning

malwarebytes won't stop running scans. 

there are no scans scheduled. it will finish one scan , give me the all clear, then a few hours later another scan will start.

please help,

this is the only screenshot that i can get,

i f i try to open the app, it freezes on the first screen , which is blue and has the white logo.

during the scanning if i press the arrow to return to the dashboard, the program closes, and the scan restarts.

the only way that i have found to start the app from the shortcut is to clear the data.

You can update the latest version, if you device is Android 4.1+ and you have Google Play on your tablet.

thanks for the reponse, the problem seems to be with the android version, as it is 4.0. i have the latest version 4.3 installed.

@online161412please let us know if the issue is solved when you updated your android system as well as application.
