  1. @MAM Android 4.2.2 is not supported by any 3 versions. Unfortunately, your Android 4.2.2 will not get any app updates. Our updates are available for Android 4.4 and above.
  2. Hi @OriginalGenious This safe mode tutorial looks like a glitch. Basically that's displayed to user if user screen is blocked by a threat and a SMS command has been sent. There're also back up options in case user didn't set up SMS commands or user does not have connection etc. Those back methods are basically some key combination (like volume button up and down with a certain combination). There might be a false behaviour or false events triggered by Android system. What I would recommend at this point is to uninstall and re-install the application from the beginning and if you see the problem once again, I'd kindly ask you to reach us through our support channel with screenshot and report, so that we can try to understand the root cause of it.   8. @PeaceRiver We detected a problem with notifications and we're fixing. Notifications is triggered in some edge cases, even tho database is up-to-date. You can ignore it, a fix is coming. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  10. Thanks for reporting JAReidTX, it is a notification issue, it is not actually a failure with updates. A fix will come with version 3.4, which is coming around beginning of August. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  11. Thanks @MitchHellman This is a very detailed report. Those files, on which app hangs, are .apk files or some sort of different files? If you can, would you mind sharing couple of screenshots when scan hangs? Thanks once again and sorry for inconvenience.

  15. @garioch7sorry for not clear steps previously 😕 We developed this feature for advanced users like you, so they can temporarily turn RTP off and do what they want to do without worrying they have to turn it on manually So, it is also good for us, because we want to keep our customers protected. Thanks for being very patient Phil, much appreciated.
