Tbelcher6 Posted November 7, 2017 ID:1179852 Share Posted November 7, 2017 While shopping for a new antivirus, I was using Malwarebytes and malware was able to turn off Malwarebytes real time protection. Then later when I tried a new antivirus it detected Malwarebytes as a antivirus and it entered a passive mode and malware again turned off M/B real time protection. The solution is for me to only use the free Malwarebytes, which for me defeats the purpose of upgrading and spending $40.00 for Malwarebytes. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Click the link if you are unsure where to find the setting.
