Mb3 Changes Screen Reso Upon Opening

Recommended Posts

A week or so ago i was using mbam 2 cause mb3 was slowing down my pc. Today when i opened mbam it changed one of my monitors resolution from 1920x1080 to 800x600... I can change it back in display settings but if i open it again it changes the reso to 800x600 again... I uninstalled mbam and reinstalled mb3 but its still doing the same thing. Anyone have a solution? this is kinda pissing me off lol.

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\mbam.exe    REG_SZ        ^ 640X480

Go to the folder C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\
Find the file mbam.exe and right click on it and choose Properties
In the window that pops up click on Compatibility Tab
Remove any changes there that don't match my picture below and click OK
