trojan.tdss and google redirect

Hi, MBAM is picking up a trojan yet cannot delete it. Google searches are redirecting me to other sites, and I getting pop-up ads, and I can't access certain websites. Any help is appreciated

You have CLB/WinNT.Alureon rootkit(geyek variant) on board that is restoring thoes items

Please use the following walkthrough as guide/fix
