Sorry but I see a 3.1 link and then a different link in comments, etc.  Can a staff member post the latest version and then lock this. I'm sorry.  Confused as to which is last working since I see a few links and rather be safe than sorry,

No need to apologize at all.  With the recent beta and all the threads about it, it can get confusing as to which is our latest release version.

It is version 3.1.2 and you can get it right here.
