Win32/TrojanDownloader.Agent.DIB trojan detected/cleaned everyday at samehour. help!

hello,

i ve got a windows 2008R2 who got infected,

the antivirus (eset nod32 6.5) bumps everydayat the same hour minute with the same virus.

mbam did not find it

adwclean did not find it

i think it's a fileless malware

i have run frst.txt

can anyone help to remove it ?
