Possible FP: Amorous Launcher

Malwarebytes flagged the Amorous Launcher 0.7 as "Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic". It's quite likely that's a false positive.

Logs and such attached, quarantine folder contents also attached.

Thanks for reporting - we have fixed this fp, so it won't be detected anymore.

I suggest you add an exclusion for the folder "D:\FurPowered\" in Malwarebytes.
Please make sure you add the exclusion for both the antiransomware and antimalware engine (1st choice when using exclusions).

Hi Thorsten,

I strongly suggest you update to Malwarebytes 3.1.2.1733 as this has bugfixes, so this won't be detected anymore:

Nice! Will 3.1 auto-update from 3.0.6? If not, I have a couple PCs I need to remote into to upgrade manually.

Yes, it will auto-upgrade after a prompt, unless you have disabled to have full version updates.

Note, the upgrades are metered, so you won't get it immediately. So, you can either upgrade manually (just install latest version on top), or wait till you get the upgrade prompt.
