There is no icon in system tray and clicking on MWB icon does not open MWB and gets the message ' unable to connect to service' coming up. Please help! Cannot find the log files under the folder you mention (yes I have got hidden files as shown!) You will want to go into F-Secure settings and add C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware to your exclusion settings at the bottom Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
