Could not call proc error when installing MWB

Having some issues with what I think is malware. I had an existing install of MWB, which was throwing an exception when attempting to start up. When I try and reinstall, I get the error message: Could not call proc (runtime error 92:100). Other issues I am having on my machine are: internet not working fully (works for short while after reboot, then goes again), in addition to exceptions when trying to load up several applications.

I've followed some of the other threads, and ran the mwb clean tool, however to no result. Attached are logs from the other tools that are often mentioned.

Any help is appreciated.
