My non-authoritative answer is that I am unaware of any Malwarebytes QA testing of MBARW Beta5 and the A-V, A-M, A-S applications of others. I am certain other users would be eager to read about your experiences if you do try both.

okay, so is there a test file I can download, to see if the protection is still working with both softwares running?

I'm sorry, but I am certain no such testing file has been publicly released or publicly disclosed.

I currently have both programs running on this PC and can say with the most current builds there is NO compatibility problems, just some bugs I already posted about and was told there checking into it.
