scheduled update and scan not working

I upgraded to the Premium Version (via a Lifetime License) three days ago. I scheduled an update to be done hourly and a scan to be run once daily.  They have not run even though the computer has been on and connected to the internet when the update or scan should have occurred.

 

Any help in fixing these issues would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Let's begin by looking at the diagnostics:

  • Please read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
  • The 3 files, from Step 1, to be individually attached from your desktop are: CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt. Please do not Copy and Paste them into a reply.

A clean reinstall will most likely solve your issue....
