I only downloaded and bought the software today, and after being on the computer for an hour, a blue screen appeared, my computer crashed and a message said look up BAD_POOL_HEADER.  :(

When I did this a  lot of information on the internet pinpointed to the software I purchased today. If this is the case, please can you help me with this issue.   :excl:

Hello and :welcome: :

BSOD are usually caused by hardware problems, or driver problems, or certain types of malware (rootkits).

However, IIRC the QA team has been working on an issue affecting a small number of users that causes BSOD.

I don't know the details.

Please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt).

The staff and experts will likely need to see your Windows minidump files from the BSOD, as well.

If you know where to find them, please attach them to your next reply, with the requested logs.

If you don't know where to find the minidumps, please start with the 3 other requested logs, and we'll go from there.

Thanks,

Hello and Welcome to Malwarebytes

Being that you are probably infected, feel free to follow the instructions below to receive free, one-on-one expert assistance in checking your system and clearing out any infections and correcting any damage done by the malware.

Please see the following pinned topic which has information on how to get help with this: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers

Also note that you are using MyWinLocker which is not compatible with Malwarebytes Antirootkit feature so make sure you have that disabled under Settings->Detection and Protection and uncheck Scan for rootkits.

Thank you
