It's difficult to tell by name alone as we do use some random names depending on what's happening. Can you find, zip, and upload the file here and we'll review.

can`t find it in system32 .......weird

Could be hidden, could be it was a temporary file that was trapped before it could complete. If there is any concern then you may want to have someone assist you in reviewing your computer for any possible infection.
