Malwarebytes antimalware 1.51.0,1200 protection not start with windows, must start manually. What is wrong? option is enabled but stil nothing.

i have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.50 how to update to 1.51. Over the olderversion ? or must i remove older and then istall new 1.51. thank you
