My computer has the white screen virus and I can not load safe mode. Assistance please.

Hello. My Windows 7 computer whitescreened. It overtakes the desktop and I cannot see anything except my cursor. When I try and boot into safe mode it logs itself out and back into the regular mode almost instantly. Control-Alt-Delete brings up the menu but if I try and open anything it won't. What can I do?

Have you tried using Last Known Good Configuration?
