FBI Moneypak virus, can't start in safe mode

So I am infected with this virus, and I can't do a system restore or even start up in safe mode.  I can't log on as any of the administrative users, but I can log on under one user that doesn't have administrative capabilities.  I read this topic (forums.malwarebytes.org/index.phpv?showtopic=117917) and I did as the moderator instructed, but I need someone to review the .txt documents that are specific to my system so that I can fix the problem. Please help!!

Thank you very much for the quick response, but I have already resolved my issue. I ran hitmanpro through a flash drive in th boot menu.
