• Confirm each time with Ok.
  
• You will be prompted to restart your computer. A text file will open after the restart.

Yeah seems to be running good alot faster . Now can you help out with the computer not seeing my camera card when i put it in a usb port?

Sure. What is the manufacturer of your camera card (and/or camera card reader, if you're using one) ?

Ok the card is a transcend and I think the reader is also. When I plug it into the usb port the computer beeps and sees the card as a mass storage device, but will no open the program that it always did to download to a file.

Normally device drivers get downloaded automatically, but sometimes they don't due to compatability issues. See if you can find the correct driver software on their website and manually install it from here: http://www.transcend-info.com/Support/DLCenter/index.asp?axn=SRH2&ModNo=291&ItemID=TS-PNU3

Just to clarify, this only happens with this specific USB device? No other hardware struggles to install its drivers when you plug it in?

sorry I have not been home for several days . I just got back.

I tried 2 other usb storage devices ,when I plugged then in the computer recognized them and told me I had new hardware installed but that was it. The computer used to bring up a window that asked me if i wanted to play,copy,view as a slide show etc... it doesnt open that program anymore

ok If i plug in the card reader then go to my computer I can manually open the autoplay feature(which is what I described in my last post I couldnt remember what it was!),then I can do what I need to do.I tried transcends website but found no drivers for my device

Wait, the USB drives aren't recognized? Or autoplay just isn't working?

when i put the reader in the usb it used to open autoplay automatically now it doesnt, the computer sees the reader there just wont automatically open the autoplay

It's possible you have Autoplay disabled. See if enabling it fixes anything- instructions here:http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000130.htm#4

uyeah I already tried thet it didnt work its not really that big of deal . Its just nice not to have to go thru a bunch of extra steps.lol

If you use a CD/DVD, does it not recognize that either?

I put a cd in and it didnt bring autoplay up either bot if you go to my computer you can manually open it
