I'm almost ready to give up on this computer. It seems nothing will work. Whenever I try and start any of those services it says, "This service cannot be started in safe mode". I tried several times to start them in normal mode last night, but my computer won't let me do anything in normal mode. It wouldn't even let me open the Firefox browser in normal mode anymore. This morning when I tried to boot up in normal mode it just got stuck on the welcome screen.

Your computer has a built in restore feature to bring the computer back to day one.

It should be on a sticker that looks something like this: (it should be on the computer case somewhere)
