firefox 12 on windows 7 shortcut commands

so i used to open firefox via the command control alt i

but now its not working and i dont know why it stopped it was working fine the other day. only thing different on my computer was the windows updates last week and yahooo messenger which i removed and ofc the diablo 3 game

but im still not sure what caused it to stop any ideas?

restarted computer its now working again

EDIT 2:

so i started diablo 3 up again and closed it a few minutes later (couldnt login servers still down)

and once i got to the desktop i hit my shortcut keys to open firefox and it didnt work so for some reason diablo 3 is killing my shortcut commands
