Hello,

First of all, thank you for reading this post. My computer screen is all black and I cannot see my icons. Several windows pop up saying things like: Windows delayed write failed( 14-24 boxes), windows detected a hard disk problem, hard drive clusters are partly damaged, critical error, and RAM memory reliability is extremely low. It seems to be a fake windows alert because then it tells you to pay in order to fix things. I have malwarebytes installed on my computer and when I did a scan it detected 25 infections. They are all quarantined now. However, i am still seeing a blank screen with nothing in the C drive. Where it says vendor most of them are PUM.hijack.startmenu, PUM.hijack.taskmanager, Trojan.fake alert, Rogue.Chameleon2012, PUM.Hidden.Desktop, and many other vendors came up. I don't know how this happpend. My Malwarebytes is up to date. This has never happened to me before. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated, since I use this computer for work related purposes.

In addition, I checked out some of the topics in your forum and the one thing I did try was unhide.exe to obtain a DDS.txt and Attach.txt report but no luck. When I run unhide.exe the black command screen pops up and it starts to scan and then it stops and stays there and everything freezes. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you!!
