  1. Thanks Firefox. I was surprised that they used clay animation for the music video when I looked up for the first time. Wasn't sure if I got the right one.
  2. You will not be able to turn the Realtime Protection on if you do not have Admin privileges. To fix this issue,Run the Malwarebytes program as administrator on the non-admin side by right clicking the program and selecting Run as Administrator. Once the program has launches, make the modification that you need to the settings and make sure that you select "Start Protection Module with Windows." This should resolve the issue.
  3. Did you see the cars that were driving what looks like a few blocks from were the tornado is destroying everything? That would be WAY to close to conform for me.
  4. Hello Smithm1988 and welcome to the Malwarebytes forums. There are usually two main causes for this issue. Either your DNS has been hijacked or your are infected. If you are using a router try connecting the modem directly into your computer to see if the issue goes away or you can reset the router. Make sure that you have your manufacturer manual or CD if you are going to reset the router as it can be difficult to set back up if you have not done it before. If you have another connection available to you via wireless you can test his as well by connecting to another network. If this does not resolve the issue then you are more then likely infected. If you are infected, here are the steps needed to get your computer cleaned.... Please read the following so that you can begin the cleaning process: Don't use any temporary file cleaners unless requested - this can cause data loss and make recovery difficult You have 3 Options that you can choose from as listed below: Option 1 —— Free Expert advice in the Malware Removal Forum Option 2 —— Paying customer -- Contact Support via email Option 3 —— Premium, Fee-Based Support OPTION 1 As we don't deal with malware removal in the General Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Forum, you need to start a topic in the Malware Removal forum so a qualified helper can help you fix any malware related problems/infections you may have. Please read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. After posting your new post, make sure under options, you select Track this topic and choose Immediate Email Notification, so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post. NOTE: Please do not post back to (bump) your topic within the first 48 hours. Replying to your own posts changes the post count and helpers are looking for topics with zero replies. If you reply to your own post helpers may think that you're already being helped and thus overlook your post.If there is no reply from any experts after 48 hours, you can reply to the topic, asking for help again. Or You may send a Private Message to a Moderator asking for assistance. OPTION 2 Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk by filling out the form here. 5. I cannot believe that IE still holds that big of a share. Give it a few more years and Firefox and IE will come standard on new Windows computers and IE will no longer hold that big of a share.
  6. Now that is a job I would love to have.
  7. That sounds about right.
  8. Taken straight from the article: "The site prided itself on sharing virus-writing tutorials, malicious code samples and articles for those interested in creating computer malware." I personally have never been to the site, but I am going to have to assume that might have something to do with it

  10. Lol! Thank you razoreqx. It is always nice to hear from a loyal fan.
  11. Lol. More like "and that is how the fight ended...."
  12. I still remember watching a movie in the mid 90s when one of the evil villains plot was to start selling bottled water( and of course poison the worlds water supply) and stop selling gasoline because a gallon of water was worth 3x that as a gallon of gas... those were the days.
  13. Unicorn servants will feed you doughnuts off their horns. Paradise!
  14. . I will the last resort treatment.
  15. Bjalt, Noknojon is right. That information would be very helpful. One of the things that we would be looking for in those logs is what is being scanned. To make sure that you are scanning everything there are a few key places to check your settings. Open the Malwarebytes program and click on the Settings tab. On this tab there are three sub tabs. Click the Scanner Settings tab and make sure that all of the options on this page are checked to ensure that Malwarebytes is scanning all of those options. The click on the Ignore tab and make sure that the items listed here are correct and that you haven't added a major folder(example: System 32 folder) to the list. Go ahead and check these settings and if that does not fix the issue go ahead and post the logs that Noknojon asked for.
