  1. @DavidST Please try to uninstall using our Support Tool. Link will be below. Support Tool: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-2387 Instructions: Download Support tool > Click Advanced > Clean.
  2. @TelAlaskaRon It'll probably best for me to open a case with you and assist you through remote session to make sure you are putting the exclusions correctly for both security software. Please look out for an email from me.
