  1. I use the Malwarebytes Management Console. Trying to install Endpoint Security anti-malware and anti-exploit via Client Push Install on 7 new computers that are Windows 10 Professional 64 bit. The error I receive is "the RPC server is unavailable. Please allow WMI through Windows Firewall." I have indeed already allowed WMI through Windows Firewall. I've installed 20 other machines. Ideas? I need to get these installed asap.
  2. I am currently testing the management console that we recently procured. I have added our OU, I have scanned the network and, for testing purposes, found my computer. I contacted the department that adds rules to our firewall and they stated that the firewall wouldn't block the three rules that needed to be added. I have also assured that port 443 and 18457 are open via telnet testing. I need to test the client push install, before I actually complete that task. When I simulate the client push install, I get an error that says the Network Name Cannot Be Found. I can ping the server from my end
  3. Hey all, So i'm attempting to install computers using the Client Push Install feature. The problem is several computers are not showing up even though i'm scanning through their ip address. These computers are visible from the client tab, when looking at all the computers found in AD. The manual installer works fine for these computers, and I can control them from the client tab afterwards. Is there a reason some of my clients are not showing up when scanning their ip range? Is there a Group Policy or something I can set to fix the issue? Thanks!
  4. Hello, We have MEE installed on our server (just updated to and I am pushing out client version One of computers continues to get an execution result saying "Generic Failure". I have looked around the web and forums but have not had much luck finding a fix. Any suggestions? Thanks
  5. Most of the clients that I have found get the result "Client software installed on the remote machine was an older version, you can perform an upgrade installation." How do I perform an upgrade installation.
  6. For the client push install there is an option to scan ip addresses from file. What format should the file be in?
