  1. I still hope the cause can be found. I'll install Windows 8.1 in a VM and will test during the week. Can you provide a list off addons installed in Pale Moon?
  2. have you tried reproducing it in a VM with clean installed Windows + Pale Moon without addons + Anti-Exploit? If not it's worth testing
  3. On Pale Moon forum I've seen the same problem reported by people who are running Malwarebytes Premium with built-in Anti-Exploit module.
  4. If you want I can send you my mozglue.dll. You can try replacing the file just to see if that works for you
  5. no problems here with the shield. Pale Moon is loading without any issues (Pale Moon 28.0.0 (x86)) Are you sure mozglue.dll isn't corrupted?

  7. @dsanchez new version installed; warning window showing now so new files sent as attachment in reply to your last mail
  8. @dsanchez I forgot to mention 1 detail in my email to you with content of AppData folder; this version of MBAE didn't show the warning window when blocking Word
  9. @dsanchez Replied to your email and added full content from AppData folder after installing your version + undoing the workaround first before reproducing the problem
  10. workaround: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/226501-mbae-112158-still-gives-msword2010-false-alarm/?do=findComment&comment=1231742
  11. same problem reported by me here today https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/235271-mbae-1121109-false-positive-msword2010-is-back/
  12. The problem I'm having is exactly the same as described here: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/226501-mbae-112158-still-gives-msword2010-false-alarm/ I applied the workaround in older topic here and that still works: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/226501-mbae-112158-still-gives-msword2010-false-alarm/?do=findComment&comment=1231742 The problem started when I updated MBAE to version 1.12.1.100 and the problem remained after updating to the present version 1.12.1.109 (Windows 7 Ult. Ed. x64) I added contents of program data folder in topic. If needed I can reproduce the problem and upload program data content again Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.7z
  13. thanks 1PW! I'll get better 100% but it'll take more time than fixing MBAM/MBAE issues lol
  14. I'm sorry for not responding sooner but I had some health issues. After a few days I also noticed anti-exploit didn't start everytime when booting windows. I completely uninstalled MBAE premium, rebooted and Anti-Malware all of a sudden started with Windows. I rebooted about 10 times and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware not starting with Windows problem was over. I re-installed MBAE premium again and both programs are working the way they should ever since
