Please do a complete reboot and let me know if the problem persists.

I managed to repro the conflict with Trusteer right after installation. But after a reboot could not get it to trigger anymore. Can anybody else confirm these findings?
-
@Mike114, do you have Trusteer Rapport installed? If you don't, please attach your MBAE and FRST logs. Instructions can be found in the "readme first" link in my signature.

Check your purchase email. It will tell you what the expiration date is.

There's an FAQ entry about this here:

Thanks for the logs.
I don't see anything strange in the logs.
Try a fresh re-install (with reboot in-between uninstall and re-install) and let us know if the problem persists.

Those of you seeing alerts in Chrome, what other security products do you have installed (and version number)?

Please follow the exact steps mentioned here to perform a fresh re-install:

Welcome to the forum. Please post your MBAE logs. You can find instructions in my signature.

Welcome to the forum.
Currently there is no way to do this using MBAE configuration itself.
If you have external tools you could achieve this by deleting the registry Run key for MBAE and then changing the permissions on the registry key so that MBAE cannot write to it again.
-
The log you posted belongs to MBAM, not MBAE.
If the alert you received was from MBAE, please follow the instructions in my signature to grab and post (or PM) me the MBAE logs.
Thanks!

Hi Jeff, welcome to the forum.
MBAE has never triggered any sounds. Neither in Free or in Premium or any of the old versions.
This must be an OS feature that might have been turned on/off somehow, probably related to system tray notifications.

Welcome to the forum.
There are 2 different techniques for VB Scripting, one under Advanced Settings -> Application Hardening and another under Advanced Settings -> Application Behavior Protection. Please make sure both are disabled and close and re-open your browser completely to test again.
It's ironic MS webmail still relies on vbscripting even if MS has deprecated vbscripting some time ago due to how insecure it is and how much it is being exploited in the wild by Exploit Kits such as Angler.

They released an upgrade recently that may have introduced the conflict.
