Welcome to the forum.
Exclusions can only be added after a Layer3 detection has ocurred. The "Add exclusion" button activates after selecting a block event that has a file associated to it.

Sorry I've been busy with other things.
Can you try creating a new browser profile without any addons/extensions to see if the problem persists?
-
Glad you got it working Sam!
If you need anything else or have any questions please let us know.

Welcome to the forum!
It depends on how the macro is coded. Feel free to attach or PM me your MBAE logs and I'll be able to tell you what happened and potential workarounds.

Thanks for the report! Trying to repro.

Hi Sam. Please feel free to send us a request for a refund and we will process it no questions asked.
However I tested the license you provided and it works for me. Not sure why this is not working for you. Can you try entering the same license in another PC?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
Can you please post your MBAE and FRST logs? This problem you report could be due to a conflict with some other installed software.
Instructions for gathering and posting logs can be found in the readme first link in my signature.

Hi Bo,
do you have an open support ticket. Please send it to me to review it. If you have a problem with MBAE let me know and we can help here as well.
-
MBAE does not monitor browsing (i.e. as in content, URLs, etc.). It only monitors the behavior of the browser, such as which API calls it makes to the OS. So from the perspective of MBAE it does not matter if it is InPrivate or normal browsing, it will protect both.

Download MBAM and run a scan just to be on the safe side.
The finegrprinting attempt could be due to a conflict with Trusteer. Try to replicate the problem with Trusteer turned off to see if the alert still triggers.

Interesting! Thanks for posting that!!

Open Anti-Exploit (where it shows Free) and click the ACTIVATE button. Enter the ID/KEY there.
If that still doesn't work, send me a PM with your ID/KEY to validate it.
-
Do you see two ID/KEY codes in the box registration card? One should be for MBAM and the other for MBAE. Make sure you are entering the correct one in each client software.
-
Yes, you can hide MBAE from the endpoint user. You can find this option under Console -> Policy -> Anti-Exploit.
-
You need to enter your ID and KEY into the product to activate it.
Open the product by double-clicking on the MBAE orange shield traybar icon and then click the ACTIVATE button. It will then ask you for your ID and KEY. Copy and paste it from your purchase confirmation email.

Hi bmccubbin.
It is not a downgrade, it is an upgrade. The third digit signifies consumer (1) or corporate (2).
I'll PM you the link to 1.08.2.1189 and move this thread to the business support section.

Perform a fresh re-install following these steps exactly as shown:

Glad you got it working gaia.
Not Brazilian, I'm from Spain
Don't worry about those old log files. They barely take up any space.

Welcome to the forum.
Can you please attach or PM me the MBAE logs from that particular endpoint? Also FRST logs can help in case there is a conflict with a third-party application.
Please see my signature for a link to more information on how to gather these logs.
