It seems that it was detected by the machine learning engine this time and I've whitelisted it. I scanned it again and do not see a detection anymore.

I refreshed the VT page and the detection is no longer showing. Also, please do the following to clear your hubble cache:
- Click on the Malwarebytes icon in the system tray
- Select "Quit Malwarebytes"
- Navigate to %PROGRAMDATA%\Malwarebytes\MBAMService
- Delete the file HubbleCache
- Open Malwarebytes
