Huge log files with incoming to malicious sites

Since installing the full version we are seeing hundreds of these:

21:45:51 (null) IP-BLOCK 91.207.7.234 (Type: incoming)

- note the IP changes

The hard disc is filling up with logs of over 3GB each day.

The pop-up system tray bubble says it has blocked an attempt to access a potentially malicious site.

This all sounds good and reassuring, but what do we do about it?

How can we find the source of this traffic and stop it?
