Can i protect Win 7 + XP mode VM or XP in dual-boot with 1 licence ?

Yes you can. As long as your license is only being used to scan/protect a single PC (i.e., not used over a network to scan and protect other machines or installed on other machines) then you're fine, including using it on multiple VM's on your machine and in multiboot environments.

And for protecting a desktop PC and a laptop, both used exclusivly by me, (only one at a time, PC @home and laptop on travel)

Is it possible ? or do you provide a discount on 2nd licence ?

We do offer a discount on a second license, just purchase both in the same order and they'll only cost you $22.45 per license (that's a 10% discount), the discount pricing is as follows:

1 $24.95 0 %

2 $22.45 10 %

3 to 9 $19.95 20 %

10 to 20 $18.75 25 %

That is correct, our current licensing model includes both definitions updates and program version updates .
