Command line scan for IDM files

I use Internet Download manager to download most of my files and they have a box for a virus scanner and command line options. I was wondering if anyone has ever used this and knows how to fill this out with the proper parameters for scanning/cleaning if needed/ and logging action.

Hello and :welcome:

I have seen this before like in the older versions of MSN Messenger for example. For the virus scanning you would point that to your antivirus program executable.

For example I use McAfee Corp Edition and the on demand scanner executable would be located here "C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\VirusScan Enterprise\ScnCfg32.Exe" so I would point it to that file. I leave the other parameters alone and it used the defaults for McAfee.

Hope this helps you.

Also, in case you did not know, Malwarebytes is not an anti-virus program so do not point it to mbam.exe.
