This exact same issue happened on another two systems I have worked on completely different networks/uses/system. Microsoft doesn't have a solution however it appears to be on their end. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have ran every antivirus/spyware program in safe-mode reset BITS/Updates etc and otherwise with no solution.The only way I have found to solve it is reinstalling windows.
