Malwarebytes stops outgoing .....

I regularly get MB outgoing message popups saying that MB has stopped an outing going something or other - it gives the IP address of where this outgoing "programme" is trying to go, invariably when I look them up they are not identifiable, i.e. somewhere in Holland etc but thats all. The outgoing programme always seems to be related to Skype.

Now my question is: do i have rogue programmes in my computer that are trying to communicate significant information to someone else, if so why don't they come up on virus scans etc. And why is it mainly related to skype.

Sorry for the vagueness, next time it happens, I will add some more detail, but the window only remains open for a short while.

I know i can stop the notifications, but i would really like to understand what is going on......
