Idiot Friend, Holes in Driver

i had a very annoying virus every time i scanned it it bsod me and start with these STOP codes or something, so i lend my laptop to my friend so he can fix it, to be honest i was skeptical. he doesn't really no more then i do, and i only know a lil above the average person, he got rid of the virus but something is weird, My internet goes to "Limit connectivity" to normal my browser flickers to my desktop (with all my icons gone) then back to the browser, My friend used a program he heard from this website, Hence why im posting here it called Combofix he told it basically was a last resort. processess Like Superfetch and Host kept failing Please help! ( I place i can download things im missing would help, or some sort of scanner to tell me what im missing)

You may still be infected, here are the steps needed to get your computer cleaned:

Please read the following so that you can begin the cleaning process:

You have 3 Options that you can choose from as listed below:

OPTION 1

so a qualified helper can help you fix any malware related problems/infections you may have.
