Spamming is a lucrative activity and Malwarebytes has taken multiple steps to mitigate its effect.For now, you can drop a PM on a Moderator/Administrator if the spam is visible for more than an hour or so.When you are next promoted, you will find an avenue for easy Suspected Spammers reporting.HTH I see our most worthy colleague (Comprev) has answered you with great authority.
