I have changed the passwords and created new accounts but am still locked out. I had MBAM installed but have been unable to run it.Same with Adaware. I did get Kaspersky to run and it found 3 Trogens which I deleted with the program? I tried to uninstal MBAM and it said it was already uninstalled. I uninstaled it in the program files. I then followed all the directions to install and run it. I can install it but either get errors while installing it or it doesn't run. I am unable to save most programs and run them.
