I am locked out of my computor and can only run is safe mode. I have changed the passwords and created new accounts but am still locked out. I had MBAM installed but have been unable to run it.Same with Adaware. I did get Kaspersky to run and it found 3 Trogens which I deleted with the program? I tried to uninstal MBAM and it said it was already uninstalled. I uninstaled it in the program files. I then followed all the directions to install and run it. I can install it but either get errors while installing it or it doesn't run. I am unable to save most programs and run them. HP Laptop with Vista Ultimte.

I am locked out of my HP Laptop. When I login the password hint pops up. I can go into safe mode and change the password but when I restart and login it does not recognize my new password. t does the same thing. I created a user with no password and rebooted and clicked on the icon and it does nothing. I cannot run Malwarebytes in safe mode. I tried to uninstall Malwarebytes from safe mode and it said it already was? I go to the program folder and everything is there. I then uninstalled it from that folder but it had errors. I then downloaded it saved it to my desktop and when it is installing I get an error. I followed the directions for an infection but to no avail?
