Spyware Guard 2008 + Others

Somehow I recieved Spyware guard 2008 onto my computer but im clueless on what to do.

I re-enabled my regedit after it got disabled by some other virus by googling it.

And apparently when I try to launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, it wont open. So therefore, I can't scan it.

Guide me through some help; please, much appreciated

Sorry for the double post, but I forgot to add that I also get the fake security windows alert but im not sure about that part and the virus that disables me from using the tools>options and so on.

Please be sure not to install any software or use any removal/scanning tools exept those that you are

instructed to by the expert who will be assisting you as doing so can make their job much more difficult.
