MBAM crashes during Full Scan

Recommended Posts

Not sure I have time or inclination to uninstall ZoneAlarm, but I do get a Crash when I

run mbam.exe - every time so far about 3x on full scan.

Prior to this full scan, I did a quick scan which completed successfully

and did not find anything. There probably isn't anything to find.

As the scan is running, I get an error:

"error code 721(0,28)" but it continues to scan.

Then later MBAM crashes - I wouldn't describe it as a freeze.

This time it happened when scanning:

c:\program files\common files\muvee technologies\...\data.scm
