Generic Host redirect svchost problem

Recommended Posts

Hi, beginning last night a generic host error started popping up on my screen and i have been redirected twice from google to bogus sites. Also my internet connection disconnects for no apparent reason and the only way i can fix this is to restart my whole computer. i ran MBAM and it said no threats but my microsoft security essentials gives me an "DOS:/Alureon.A" trojan and i remove it but it keeps coming back. can i just reformat and get rid of this or will it still linger around? thank you in advance.

Oh yeah here is my MBAM log:
