Keygen Virus keeps disabling Windows Defender

Hi, basically I have searched and searched and searched and can't find anything. Then I found this thread here: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=71178

The instructions on that say it's for that user specifically, the problem started after getting a virus from a keygen. All the symptoms are the same, down to the pop p windows (which i blocked through MacAffee. It's really annoying me now and I have learnt my lesson about keygens aha.
