Program_error_updating (12029,0,WinhttpSendRequest)

Hello,

When I try to update I get this error, "Program_error_updating (12029,0,WinhttpSendRequest)". I've read some previous posts via the search option here, but all those problems seem to be related to their firewall. I use Norton for my firewall, however, even after disabling my firewall I still receive this error from MB. I haven't got a clue what else to do.
