uvx.exe question

I keep getting an error message that states Uvx.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. I ran malwarebytes and it came up with new errors. I searched the hard drive for this file and could not locate it. I did a google search and all I could find is: SUPERAntiSpyware can safely remove UVX.EXE (Trojan.Agent/Gen-CDesc[NewPack]) and protect your computer from spyware, adware, malware, rootkits, worms, trojans, keyloggers, bots and other forms of harmful software.

Could someone please assist me in removing this. Thank you

Update MBAM and start a free quick scan. Maybe Malwarebytes will find the uvx.exe and you can see, where the file is located. btw which antivirus do you use?

And please check your processes with Process Explorer (Click me)

Do you have some suspicious processes in your list?

Thanks for the help. This was my friends computer. After I looked into the problem a little more I found that his Malwarebytes was out of date. The last update he did was in October. I did an update and ran a full scan. Malwarebytes found and fixed the problem. Thanks again for the help.

Malwarebytes is the greatest.
