stevehamp Posted December 12, 2010 ID:360032 Share Posted December 12, 2010 MBAM detected a PUM of security center disabled. because i had the nightmare antivirus 2010 and just recently recovered everything i panicked and quarentined the PUM..searching around i think MBAM and spybot detects this PUM even though antivirus programs disable this feature and it might not be a bad thing. should i restore this quarantine? the next time it detects it choose ignore? Firefox Posted December 13, 2010 ID:360321 Share Posted December 13, 2010 You are correct that some Anti-Virus programs does disable that setting, you can either leave it in the quarantine or restore it and and ignore it on the next scan.Either way it should have no major impact on your system.
