Trojan downloader

[Bainky]

I have used so many programs i cannot even name them all to attemp to remove this virus. I have tried using them, including malewarebytes in safe mode and it always comes back at next reboot. Here is the fir file i have

however as soon as that happened Spybot teatimer re activated all of them. they just wont go away please someone help me!
