Is this real or just the two not playing nice together

I get the folling when Nortons 360 tried and do an update or when the machine is first turned on. This just started last night and I cannot see any major changes since then.

It is a false positive. Just add exceptions in your anti-virus.

If you have the Norton AddOn Pack then disable it first and do a quick rescan -
