hi,can you help me? actually the problem is almost the same as above when i used svchost fix wizard,

i followed your instruction and the 1st result is:

i got svchost fix wizard from the internet,it's helping problem like generic win 32,i downloaded it and it said the computer has some problems/error at :

-System DLLs re-registration is pending

-Invalid data 2 at value start of the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BITS

-System DLLs re-registration is pending

but it will charge me for $150 to fix it,and it's windows xp.

the problem is when i connected to the internet(for about 10 minutes) it suddenly stop and i have to restart it to make it works.before that,i got notification "generic win 32....." somethin like that.i have tried to scan it,do the fixdowndup but still no result.

Please try the following:

Run the Windows Update Reset Tool:

  • Please download the Windows Update Reset Tool from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click the MicrosoftFixit50202 to begin
  • Follow the onscreen instructions and run it in Agressive Mode
  • Reboot your computer if asked to do so
  • Let me know in your next reply if the issue is corrected
