Robster Posted September 27, 2010 ID:319442 Share Posted September 27, 2010 I want to carry out a daily scan of my "C" drive only. It seems that a scheduled scan will only allow me to scan the whole computer. The only way to just do a "C" drive scan is by going in each day, selecting scan then tick "C" drive. Is there a way to schedule "C" drive only. A full computer scan will take several hours.Thank you. noknojon Posted September 27, 2010 ID:319452 Share Posted September 27, 2010 Hi Robster -You do not need a Full Scan each time you scan - The normal scan is only a Quick Scan -Thank You -
Haider Posted September 28, 2010 ID:319583 Share Posted September 28, 2010 Hello Robster:With paid version you can schedule Flash Scan with every update besides scheduling Quick Scan daily. Haider Posted September 28, 2010 ID:320090 Share Posted September 28, 2010 Hello Robster:Excellent. You may schedule daily Quick Scan and weekly Full Scan, just my two cents as I have the same settings, one of which you have already appliedShould you have any other question(s) please post back using button
Staff screen317 Posted October 1, 2010 Staff ID:321497 Share Posted October 1, 2010 Robster here is the reply I received from one of our developers, Doug:Chris, all you have to do is set the Full Scan settings to scan only C:\ and then schedule a Full Scan. Alternatively, scheduling a Quick Scan is simply a superior solution, just as safe and better on performance.
